You. Yeah you. I've been perusing these forums for a while. And I must say the lack of intelligent thought is appalling. There are certainly some members like Harsharan000 who routinely post wise musings but are often ignored. Why mislead people when you are given this gift of being able to influence others? Don't write from your ego, write from your Higher mind and being a Sikh you should know how to get in contact with this Higher mind. That is all.

I don't have much insight into this but i was wondering, do people in the big cities of punjab have a totally different outlook on life compared to people living in pinds? I've noticed that a massive number of people from the big cities like patiala or Chandigarh have a very western outlook on life i.e people tend to talk to each other in english or hindi rather than punjabi. parents don't bat an eye lid if their children have bf/gf , and pretty much everyone has servants etc. so how different would the mindset be of the average city person compared to someone from the pind

This is a response for recent post about learning Punjabi. Please visit this excellent site for learning punjabi: http://www.advancedc...keyboard1.html# Firstly learn each alphabet along with its sound. Write each letter and test yourself everyday. Within a week or 2 you will become more familiar with the alphabets and sounds. Keep practicisng everyday. Your mind will slowly absorb the letters and sounds and reading Punjabi akhars (letters) will become easier. In no time you will be able to fluently read Punjabi. The next step is to increase your…

i believe the huge reason for sikh youth getting involved in drugs or girls running off with muslims has to do with the fact their is a lack of sikh education most parants have failed to educate their children on sikhi so how can we fix this problem and how can we educate youth on sikhi without ppl judging the youth, cause alot of ppl who try educating sikh youth end up angering many youth by judging them and telling them what to do rather then just educating them and inspiring them
