I was hurt and didn’t know what to do.” …

I mean they were probably born conjoined cuz of their karma... so izzit right or wrong to separate them???? P.S. http://headlines.sify.com/2421news2.html?h...fidelity:~Study Internet chat increases infidelity: Study Washington: Internet chat rooms are fast emerging as courting grounds for people looking for romantic or sexual thrills. What boggles the mind is that most of these "chatters" are married, according to a new University of Florida (UF) study. "Never before has the dating world been so handy for married men and women looking for a fling," said Beatriz Avila Mileham, who conducted the research for her doctoral dissertation in counselor education at UF. "With cyber sex, there is no longer any need for secret trips to obscure motels. An online liaison may even take p…

Family Life Or Individual? 1 2
by Guest SikhForLife- 15 replies

This topic comes up alot on other sites, I just wanted to get the sangat's views on it. People say you can't really receive salvation by living in a family, by taking care of the family, working, etc. You must live alone, do bhagti, simran, jap bani, in order to receive TRUE salvation and meet Waheguru ji. Guru Nanak Dev ji already said you should live a grihst jeevan (family life), and also remember Waheguru with every breath, I personally beleive its twice as hard to get to that stage while living in the family and you have to try twice as hard to fight kaam, and moh within the family. True sants like Sant Baba Isher Singh ji, and Sant Baba Nand Singh ji, also kaleran…

Gur pyare sat sangat Penji prao no one should slander or have hate with anyone cause in everyone there's good and bad khand and mirch. We should look to the good of people and trying to develop it. After all it's the way we project it. Also we shouldn't talk behind people's back and slander them As it say in the SGGS thio sa(n)th janaa kee nar ni(n)dhaa karehi har raakhai paij jan kaeree ||3|| In just the same way, when someone slanders the Saint, the Lord preserves the honor of His servant. jan kabeer ko ni(n)dhaa saar || Slander is the best thing for servant Kabeer. jan kaa aap sehaaee hoaa ni(n)dhak bhaagae haar || He Himself is the help and support of His hu…
