As sikh we are thought to be faithful only, but what happen if one of the partner commit adultery? How is it should be handled in Sikh Maryada? Gur Fateh I need some advice please... This might sound really strange. Basically I have some problem where if I do something and I thought comes into my head, I cannot differentiate between whether that was just a thought in my head or that thought made me do what I did. As an example, if im scratching my arm or something i might get a thought in my head like 'oh wait a hair might come off', and then next thing I know I really cannot tell if I was actually scratching my arm TO remove a hair (btw I'ma Singh, and I don't have any thing against any of the hair on my body, so its not a case of me wanting it removed for aesthetic reasons or something). Hello im from leicester. My sister is getting married in over 1 years time to a person of different caste.The wedding date is nearly booked . Now my sister spends all her weekends with her husband to be. This would not be a problem if it was at sociable hours however she ends up going early in morning at coming back at nearly 12 at night. Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it.

Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
