Is There Any Way To...

...ensure that your prayers go to the benefit of others? People usually pray so that their lives will get better or they'll have gods protection. So can you make the "good luck" or anand from doing simran or mool mantar go onto someone else?

Is there anyone here who learnt to write punjabi on thier own ?

I was wondering is there anyone here who learnt to write punjabi on their own. I can read and speak well but can't write. I don't have a punjabi teacher. When I was a kid I used to go to punjabi class, but as an adult its hard to learn because you just don't know how to compared to my brothers who are coming from punjab. Like what type of exercises, stuff do you do. In the west punjabi is not a school subject. Please don't be generic. If there is anyone with experience that would be wonderful.

Is There Sense Helping Others To Get On The "Right" Path

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh guru pyaareo, i want to share a problem with you: the most members of my family aren't in sikhi, expect my mummy ji and i. we both do paath and are veggies, and like to go to gurdwara. But none of my sisters, my brother and my father do paath, they don't even listen to kirtan, and they get so stressed when my mum and i plan to go to the gurdwara. It's so sad. I always think that i must do something about this. I feel like i have the responsibility to help my family to get close with sikhi. But it's so hard! I'm really afraid of my sisters, i hope they don't do anything wrong, have a relationship, alcohol etc. I'm always thinkin…

Is there such a sin which Waheguru does not forgive? 1 2

I heard that there are some sins which cant be forgiven such as these people who went to gurdwara to do wrong on Guru Granth Sahib Ji *waheguru waheguru*. Or also adultery, where the person will live 1000 days of hell. But is this true? I cant understand of course the first thing. Someone who does this should rot in hell. But what about someone does a mistake, because they are so attached to one person? Are there really sins which cant be forgiven? I thought Waheguru forgives everyone who chooses the path oh Waheguru Ji. And how does Waheguru forgive?

VJKK VJKF There were a few situations I've seen and I wanted to know if they would be considered bujjar kurehits. For example, would a a sexual conversation be considered sex? Would someone have to go pesh for that? I see many people these days doing things like this.

Is This A Good Explanation Of Guru Granth Sahib Ji?
by Guest _mandeep singh_- 3 replies

Dya singh from Australia went on national radio (BBC Asian network UK) to explain Guru Granth Sahib Ji's history to mark 300 years of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. There were a couple things I noticed that surprised me about what he was saying like calling Guru Granth Sahib Ji a book and saying you should not get into rehat etc too much. Also he Guru Granth Sahib Ji is a self improvement book? Link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/asiannetwork/weekend_punjabi/

Gurfateh, Last year, i had to undertake a back operation for an abscess around the armpit area due to hair follicles going into my skin and creating pus which led to incision and drainage. After my operation i was required to have dressing every day, this meant that a plaster was put against my skin to keep the padding in place to prevent it from falling off The following week i went to take Amrit at the local gurughar. This dressing carried on for about 2 weeks and it was only until seeing my plaster that i realised hair was being removed unintentionally with the plaster once the doctor was removing my dressing and replacing it with a new one. You could compare it with…
