hello everybody, i was wondering if some knowledgeable sikhs could tell me the importance of the patka head covering, as i see lots of sikhs wearing them is the patka mandatory like the turban or is it optional? why do sikhs wear the patka instead of the turban? regards, non-sikh

Could someone please tell me why we do Sarbloh Bibek and what it is and what the Rehat requires. I know that ur only spose to eat from other Amritdhaaris and only in Sarbloh Batay (obviously lol) but could someone please post all the reasons and its significance and what Guru of ours told us to do it. And any Rehatname or stuff that support it! Thanks!! AKAAAAAAAL!!

Sangat Ji! How do i go about cleanin my Sarbloh Batay? I have tried everything and they are still rusting!! i've tried citric acid, oil, EVERYTHING!!! how do u guys clean it? and everytime u eat out of it do u just clean it with water? Dass would really appriciate all ur help!!

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh saad sangat jio. dass was wondering if anybody has Parnaam shaheedan Nu mixtape from Kurbani Production, daas is doing a media module which is due in 4 days. daasis putting together a video to document and show 1984 and to help make the video appleaing to non sikhs with the westernised beats also the hard hitting vocals will do the job :D daas is greatly greatful! waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh!

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
