I was at one of my favourite Gurudwaras recently for someone's Akhand Paath & the atmosphere as usual was divine.But the Granthis were as usual ill educated, out of 'SUR' when singing Shabads with filmi tunes - one must have continued to speak of Macauliffe & how the Christian missionary 'saved Sikhi' for the good of Punjab. Looking around, most of the sangat were either not interested in what the Granthi was saying, nor anyone seemed to know who the hell is Macauliffe even.. Little did this Granthi know the extent of damage & poison that has been the main cause of Macauliffe's mistranslations, manipulations of the Shri Adi Granthji & seeds of anti-Hindui…

NKJ what’s going on?

So as it appears, NKJ have been banned nationwide in the UK. But now they wish to open their own Gurdwara under the guise of “Sikh learning centre”. However, they themselves follow a Dhadrianism (Dhadrianwale Manmat) so what’s everyone’s thoughts on this? They are trying to raise 300k.

My Father died three years ago. A year after his death I started questioning Gods existence. I read atheist books. I looked into the major world religions. I came to the conclusion that their is no God. I would have dreams about my Dad. Then I would wake up and realize that he was dead. This was worst feeling ever. I f their is a god then why does he make people go through the misery of death?.

WJKK WJKF Can anyone confirm if there will be an Amritsanchar at Baba Sang Gurdwara 10th Sept at the Barsi program for Sant Baba Kartar Singh Ji Bhindranwale please? I have been told by Gursikhs there will be one but they do not know the times... I would like to take my new born son for choola so am hoping i am able to find out the time so not to be late. SSA, I was successful in the official Olympic tickets ballot and have got 8 tickets to the London Olympics. However I think I over did it and got more tickets then I needed. I was advised to apply for as many tickets as possible to be successful in the ticket ballot. Which is why I ended up with more then needed. Hence I was wondering if anyone would be interested in going to the Olympics with me. I can chose 2 or 3 to accompany me to the games. ie friends ect. If anyone is interested contact me.

Where do I start? I'm in my 20's. I'm unemployed, I only completed 2 years of my degree at university and I've spent the last 4 years at home working for 9 months out of those 4 years. Up until recently I was smoking weed whenever I got the chance. I had done kuret by pulling and cutting my hair hair. I went for peshi and told the 5 Pyare that I had pulled my hair and forge/didn't mention that I cut my hair, but I was blessed with Amrit again, but now I feel like that I didn't mention that I cut and pulled my hair, but only said that I pulled my hair. Should I go for peshi or just do Ardass and Japji sahib ji path?

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
