VJKK VJKF i always thought that Kaur translating into princess is a very common misconseption and really comes from a price named Kaurna---some thing who asked his father if he could go fight in a war ... and that name given to him meant Lutinent. as an army ranking... i think 10 patshah gave woman the name of Lutinent as in symbolizing that his daughters could comand an army of singh any one else ever come across this explaination as well??? vahguru ji ka khalsa vahguru ji ki fateh my cousin is having his dastarbandhi in a couple of weeks and his mom wanted me to help her find some litrature about dastar and the importance of it. he invited his school friends, and his mom wanted somethig short explain our crown(dastar). shouldnt be too long ... nice and brief were people wont look at it and say forget reading its too long. can u guys help me out or i am going to have to type soem stuff up my self BHUUL CHUUK MAAF

cut ur calories and exercise.... wether it is cardio or weight training drink plentyyyyy of water .... and try to take in a lil more protien. cuttin ur calories by about 200 every day .... say u eat 2000 ... eat say about 1800 u should lose about 3 lbs a week
