I will share an experience my "aunti ji" had but obviously will not use names and wont go into too much detail as itll take me hours to write the whole story. Basically my moms good friend owned an off licence which also sold meat in the 90s however they were Gurmukhs. After a few years aunti ji developed a illness and could no longer serve at the shop, she used to go hospital for regular check ups but they couldnt tell what was wrong with her but just advised she should just stay in bed and "take these pills". So her husband lets call him "uncle ji" was forced to run the shop on his own and he wasnt really managing well with looking after the shop and his sick wife, he was getting kinda stressed out. One evening i think it was around 6ish, a few jaam doot was standing at the bedroom door of aunti ji's bedroom, straight away she started doing naam simran after a while she opened her eyes and they was still there at the door. She started screaming and uncle ji came upstairs and was like whats going on, she said theirs jaam at the door but uncle ji couldnt see them, then she couldnt breath proply so uncle ji called a ambulance. When the ambulance came the jaam followed her and she said when she was looking out of the back windown of the ambulance the jaam was leaping over cars at a very fast speed following her. The jaam stayed with her all the time at her stay in the hospital, uncle ji did ardaas and asked why was this happening and why are the jaam there, he got darshaan (from which Guru Ji i dont know as he wanted to keep it gupt) and Guru Ji said close down your shop immeaditely and just concentrate on your jeevan. So they did straight away, she got better and now shes alive and kicking, caning seva and simran. It is a boars tusk and this is worn as kind of a disrespect towards muselman as they think pigs are haram and they will stay away from the Singh who wears the Singhar. and 2. It can also be used as a shaaster as it is very sharp and fits in the hand nicely. This is what i have been told from Nihangs and Singhs who wear the Singhar but i think someone like Freed parji or a Nihang who uses the site may be able to give a more in depth reason. The Gurdwara commitees have abused their power for long enough and have realised no one actually says anything to them so why would they want to stop if theyre making a nice profit. If the youth go and make demands, they are bound to listen. If they arent willing to reason then why shouldnt we use force? we shouldnt be scared of these punks! I know for a fact the older Gursikhs will support us. Once a few Gurdwareh get in line the rest will follow. Also from what ive seen from the anti Gurmat Gurdwareh in Birmingham that their commitee members arent even Amritdharis and have no youth on the commitee or if their is a few youngers on the commitee its their sons who are gonna listen to what their dads say anyways. If a stand isnt made now then weve flopped it, we need to make leaflets, get articles written in newspapers, online petitions and then protests outside these Gurdwareh and make demands wearing full bana and shaaster.
