i had the same problem its best to ask in the gurdwara, when i bought one from different places i had an allergy to them because it wasnt real steel, and iv apparently got some nickel allergy as well lol btw doesnt iron go rusty?

yeh i think you should see one it would help you loads, you can tell a stranger anything and they wont judge you for it and theyl also give you honest answers

i no where your coming from, but you cant really do anything about it, it was his decision but lets all focus on making ourselves stronger. he may have distanced himself from guru ji but at the same time guru jis brought someone else closer to sikhi

itl give you something to focus on and occupy your time with, happiness will come along no doubt just try not to think negatively about things. spend time with your family and with people who love you because there the only ones who are going to be able to help you where as on a forum its different because were not going to be physically be able to be there for you and listen.
