Raju, the problem with India is not that the minorities cannot live peacefully with the majority, but the other way around. Take for instance when the SC announced Sikhs are Hindus....I don't see a mass Hindu protest on that issue. Bombs are exploded, arrests are made and no body gets to observe the judicial process being taken. Issues like this will just disappear....blames will be made but no evidences will be brought to public's attention.

Here's how I look at it: - You can't be a student in any discipline if you don't follow the rules of that discipline - Why are we not muslims or hindus? Because we don't follow the rehat of those religions - Can we be a Guru Ka Sikh if we do not follow what our Guru said? Are we more knowledgeable than our Guru's that we think we can break away and redefine the view on Sikhism. You'll not find one hate remark that he made onto the Hindu dharma or the Muslim dharma. We're not talking about Hamas or Osama who have publically commited their cause to the destruction of Israel...nor are we talking about other various organizations that have stated violence as their tactic to achieve their goal. You asked us to use our common sense. Now I ask you to use yours. The largest democracy in the world, sent in thousands of troops to various Gurdwara's in Punjab. All foreign journalist were told to leave....not just Amritsar...but the whole Punjab. Don't ignore this fact...free journalism and democracy go hand in hand.
