  1. It would be better if you called your media project the 1984 genocide rather than 1984 riots. It would make a difference.
  2. respect 2 khalsa aid. every1 shud try 2 donate something to help with the earthquake relief effort. money, food, cloths. Clean water will be the priority right now.
  3. Mayans didnt predict the end of the world in 2012. Thats just how media like to interpret it. December 21st 2012 was the end of their calendar cycle. But the very next day their new cycle begins. It was meant to be a joyous occasion. They didnt say the world would end. On 21st december 2012, the media like to say there will be a planetary allignment in our solar system. But again thats nothing new. There is a planetary alignment every year. Sggs does not make any refferences to 2012. Humans allways like to scare themselves by making end of world predictions. Y2K, 2012. If the world was to end, we might not even get a warning. It would just happen. Dont wanna scare you but heres something to think about. WR104. Look it up. Its widely known to astronomers and scientists. It was discovered in the constellation Sagittarius more than 8 years ago. It is known as a "death star". It is spinning in a circular motion and could explode and if it does it will emit a gamma ray burst. Gamma ray bursts are the most powerful explosions known in the universe. They can travel thousands of light years destroying things in their path. Right now we are unsure wheather or not it will blow. But if it does, it has the potential to destroy earth by damaging the stratosphere. Earth just happens to be staring down the "gun barrel" directly at it. But its thousands of light years away. So it could have blown thousands of years ago, but the light hasnt reached us yet. so if you look up at the sky 2morrow and it looks like its on fire , u know what it is lol. But then again, it might never blow. Scientists just dont know. This is just 1 example of things we dont all know about. makes 2012 seem less significant in the wider picture. Only god knows when life is destroyed or created.
  4. We dont discriminate between cows and other animals. Cows shudnt have no special reservation when it comes to the meat eaters. Only hindus would make that reservation, or people who regard the cow as holy. I dont see any diffrence between a cow or a chicken. Meat is meat. moooooooooo
  5. "a campaign to invoke the non payment of 700,000 liscence fees in Britain." yeah right... pull the other 1. I'd be shocked if they manage to invoke the non payment of just 7000 liscences.
  6. Longowall was famously reffered to as "DICTATOR SAAB" by Bhindranwalle. Longowall did not like bhindranwalle. Bhindranwale never openly engaged in attacking Longowall in his speeches and allways talked of unity. However there is 1 video speech in which he answers accusations of being labelled congressi and makes clear points which show Longowal and Akali dal had close links with congress. Bhindranwale said people who call him congressi should have shame. Bhindranwale mentions, during the agitation how all his gun liscenecs got cancelled. Meanwhile akali dals Gurcharan singhs liscences got made for the carbine firearm. Mentioned how Longowal drank tea in samundri hall with SS Bains. The same man who tortured and killed Kulwant singh Nagoke. Mentioned how Longowal hugged and took a picture with Harbans Lal Khanna near the jhora gharr. . The same man who made the slogan "kach karra kirpan, enu pejjo pakistan". Longowall was on good terms with congress behind the scenes. He was 1 of the traitors who called for Bhindranwale to be ousted from Akal Takht. Along with Badal and others. He singed the Punjab Accord with Rajiv Gandhi which declared that the Akalis would participate in the Assembly elections which were to be held in September 1985. The Punjab accord provided for acceptance all major demands of the Akali Dal. It was a watered down version of the Anandpur resolution. He signed it on August 20, 1985. He was killed by Jarnail Singh Halwara on the very same day. August 20, 1985.
  7. BBC can be relied upon to accurately portray the events of 1984, no more than Himmler of the Nazis can be relied upon to explain the Nazi death camps. (no disrespect to jews intended) Let me explain. It was a "BBC documentary". people asked "BBC to do a documentary". So naturally the "BBC"used "BBC" linked producers (bajwa, critic of bhindanwale) and past "BBC" correspondents (tully, critic of bhindranwale) We didnt want a BBC DOCUMENTARY painted with their staff's views. We just wanted a documentary of the truth about 84. Can a Nazi ever be trusted to explain the Holocaust to an uneducated person? We all know the answer to this question. No one would say yes to this. So why did we think BBC would help us? Afterall BBC can only be as good at conveying media bout sikhs as their employees (bajwa and tully). We should also know then, that a person like Bajwa who hails KPS Gill as a hero can only cause damage to sikhs through media. Who would like to know who Mandeep Singh Bajwa is? Mandeep Singh Bajwa is a Chandigarh based Defence analyst and military historian. He is also an independant media production proffessional. When BBC decided to use him as the location producer, they didnt just select him at random. BBC have infact had a long relationship with him spanning over a decade. Mr Bajwa has been associated with BBC for over 10 years and has produced a couple of documentaries for them, including one on sports. That is why he was their 1st pick or first choice when they selected him as their location producer. He is very critical of Sant Bhindranwale and has a genuine hate for sikh freedom fighters, most shaheeds, and any sikhs linked with pro-Khalistani organisations in general. His hate for them is strengthened by the fact that a few of his critic media friends were sent direct to narakh by kharkoos. So overall it was impossible to convey the real story to viewers with very biased location producers such as Bajwa. I solely blame Mandeep Singh Bajwa for the innacurate portrayal of sikhs and events in the 1 hour documentary. can sikhs seriously expect the truth to be put on a documentary with the likes of such biased people like Tully and Bajwa in the works? Im not critical of Sonia Deol. Simply because No matter what Sonia Deol did, it would not of made a big difference, Since ultimately the documentary was doomed to be an innacurate portrayal of sikhs from the word go. If we think about the wider picture she becomes less relevent. Especially when her knowledge of 1984 is limited. She can only talk about what she is spoon fed from people she knows. In her case, her teachers are her 2 biased media friends. A person with no pre-existing knowledge of events can be easily manipulated into believing lies. Similar to the Nazi explaining the holocaust to an uneducated person example I used. Therefore it makes her irrelevent. I ask sikhs not to be over-critical of her. Through dialouge and more education we can assist her. This has been proven in the past. Heres an Idea: Take Tully out. Take Bajwa out. Then we have a real shot at airing a credible and realistic documentary.
  8. Yeh everyone listen to it at 11minutes onwards. A lady called Neelam calls in. She mentions her father being The chief editor of the newspaper. Lala Jagat Naryans daughter. Mentions her father being shot dead. How dare she call Bhindranwale and sikhs Terrorists on BBC RADIO. Also She openly says she is a Fundamentalist Hindu. Also says shes glad Sikhs were killed in police encounters. Also she calls bhindranwale a Devil. we dont pay our TV Liscences to hear Hindu fundamentalists come on air and Call Sant ji a terrorist? BBC Radio let people who openly confess to being Hindu Fundamentalists talk on air? Looks like shes carrying on her fathers work. Same work that got him shot dead. direct link http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b00pwmky
  9. I think we all need to stop jumping up and down and be realistic here. They was never gonna let sonia deol or jaswinder kaur sidhu whatever her name is, go to Punjab and make a Biased 1 hour programme and air it on BBC. The BBC decided to interview Mark .B.S. Tully. Lets face it , hes allways disliked Bhindranwale. Overall it was rubbish. But Sonia Deol did clearly come across showing that she changed her previous views on 1984 and golden temple resistence. Sonia Deol was careful with her choice of wording at times. I also think this was a desperate attempt by Sonia to try and get a bit of credability back with the Sikh community who seemed to have done everything but ex-communicate her since her antics on her poxy radio show. Before the programme I disliked her. I openly said on many occasions that someone needs 2 give her a good SLAP cuz of her past programmes. But after watching the programme, I can see she made an effort. She grilled Kuldeep Brar quite a bit and lets face it, we have never seen that before, let alone even a proper interview with him. The BBC editorial made the decision to put Mark B.S. Tully in it. It wasnt her decision. And we all knew what he would say wasnt gonna be to our liking. Minus all the B.S , it wasnt toooo bad. Meeting the Widdows colony had an impact on her. As well as talking to witnesses who told her the gursome detaills like innocent resident singhs wife's head getting blown clean off with by a grenade. Lets hope from now on in future she takes a more pro-sikh stance when involved in debates or programmes regarding sikhs and 1984. Education goes a long way. She learned something during the making of the programme. No amount of insults could ever achieve that. Education goes a long way. If any1 missed it heres the link to watch it online below. They tried to squeeze in 2 sides of a story into an hour (if u want to call their lies a side). http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00pzc69/1984_A_Sikh_Story/
  10. Oh god, not that Sonia Deol cat again. If this documentary mis-represents sikhs and portrays them from the Butcher's view point i.e. the Indian Govt's view point as terrorists, then she better pray she dont ever get caght in public. A smudge on the Sikh image in the media and even worse thing is that she has a Sikh name. Shes either extremely naive or isnt too farmiliar with facts from the past quatre century. I'll be watching it for sure
  11. I Think what paaji was tryna say was that there is often a difference between being called a Sant, and Actually Being a Sant. Boundaries which us humans often decide, and ofcourse we're only human so we very easily get it wrong sometimes. Especially in todays age when we use the term very looslely. Anyway Pressure from Sant samaj clearly seems to have an impact on Sikh bodies.
  12. Dixie Rd Gurdwara Sahib in Canada started the new year with Jaikareh hitting sky high and Khalistan Zindabad slogans responded to by over 10,000 sangat in attendance.
  13. They come here thinkin they gna make money and send it back to india. but when they get there they cant find jobs so they live rough and take heroin to cope with the extreme cold when sleeping rough. The Sikhs back in India need to be educated on how other sikhs who came from India are struggling here.
  14. For the Singh that asked for some sources... There are many sources available if you run a search online. But this is perhaps 1 of the most reliable sources from daily mail. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-355619/Suicide-bomber-profile-The-Teenager.html daily mail is a pretty solid source In this article it actually says on paragraph 16 and 17 >> "Hussain, the youngest of four siblings, grew up in a £75,000 four-bedroomed terraced home with his sisters Alia and Asiya and his brother Imran. His sisters both moved out - Asiya to marry and settle nearby with her three children and Alia to spark a family scandal by running away with a Sikh lover."
  15. Its an educating piece of material. I strongly disagree with gloating. But I cannot see this as gloating. Just being informative. On the other hand if I were to Parade the girl on a gigantic stage in the middle of Wembley at a press confrence infront of thousands of people and televise it live on satelite TV and broadcast it on radio, that i would call gloating. Wouldnt you agree? At the Hizb-ut-Tahrir ( HUT ) conference at the Wembley arena in August 1994, a Sikh was converted on stage in front of 8000 cheering and clapping Muslims. The Sikh girl then proceeded to attack Sikhism making particularly offensive statements against the Sikh Gurus. The audience laughed and continued to cheer. Some of this speech was televised on satellite T.V and on the HUTs pirate radio station. Muslim leaders at the conference called for an intensification of the campaign to bring Sikh and Hindu women to Islam. The same thing happened at HUTs Rally for Islam conference in Trafalgar Square, August 1995. This time 2 Hindu women were converted on stage in front of 2000 cheering Muslims. Again Muslim leaders demanded that Muslims boys try harder to convert Sikh and Hindu girls. Now that takes gloating to a whole new level.
  16. Meet Hasib Hussain the dead terrorist. He was one of four terrorists who detoned bombs on three trains on London underground and one bus in central London on 7 july 2005 during the London bombings. What became to be known as the 7/7 terror attacks. Hussain was the terrorist that detonated the bomb on the No. 30 bus that exploded in Tavistock Square, killing 13 of 52 people killed in the suicide bombings, and himself. Investigators found his remains and personal belongings on the bus. i.e. his skull, driving liscence and credit cards. Well this dissilusioned dead terrorist had a sister called Alia Kaur who lives in Leeds. She decided to embrace the Sikh way of life in the late 1990s. Her strict Muslim family disowned her after discovering this. Well aint that a slap on the face for muslim extremists that target sikh girls for conversion. Their very own suicide bombers sister embraced Sikhism. They might wanna re-run those conversion statistics again. Some of you may have already heard this from before.
  17. -NATO forces start shooting on sight the menacing somali pirates who keep hijacking ships and demanding ridiculous ransoms. -The frequency of street robberies on sikhs by Somalians on the streets on Southall continue increasing at alarming rate. -Conservatives win general election -BNP make more gains than previous general election -Israel will invade palestine and increase its borders. -Real Madrid will win the champions League. -Dera sacha sauda ram rahim will be shot dead.
