Sehaj?? came acrross this .. ''To me sehaj represents a continuous state of being. I think that what the Gurus wanted was for us to find this state of sehaj, where we had a connection with Vaheguru not just for a moment, but for always. If you're going to do anything, if you're going to be anything, it has to be sehaj. If you want to be nirbhau, it has to be sehaj nirbhau. If you want to be nirvair, it has to be sehaj nirvair. Everything you do must be in sehaj, because when you're two-minded about things then you can never be balanced.
