No individual but the Satguru has the right to give naam. Only the Satguru himself in the form of the panj pyare in the presence of Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Mahraj can teach how to jap naam and a pre-requisite for being taught this is to take khande di pahul to be initiated as a Sikh of Satguru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj and join the Khalsa. Those who have already taken amrit but not been taught the technique to jap naam should do pesh at an amrit sanchar where naam drir happens and the technique is taught, such as Akhand Kirtani Jatha organised amrit sanchars.

An anand karaj is only an Anand Karaj where there is a Singh at the front with a palla over his shoulder and a Kaur behind holding the palla. Any different set up , eg. woman in front of the man with the man holding the palla in his hand would not be an Anand Karaj. Therefore it goes without saying that a ceremony with both parties of the same gender would not count as an Anand Karaj. This is an example using just one feature of the Anand Karaj ceremony to show that it is not designed for anything other than a male and a female. And of course no Anand Karaj = no relationship allowed, therefore homosexual relationships are not permitted in Sikhi. A homosexual is free to become a Sikh but must not engage in any homosexual activites.

As far as I am aware sarbloh is not meant to be rust free, I have heard that the new 'sarbloh' being called 'rust free sarbloh' is not actually sarbloh but something similar to sarbloh. If they didn't rust what seva of the sarbloh would there be left to do? But as for your question, sikhstuff.com do sell such kare.

It is important to understand that the meaning of the term 'ethnic group', as we know it in general usage can be different to the legal meaning applied to the same term. The courts have found that we the Sikh community do indeed fit the criteria necessary to be classifed as a an ethnic group in the context of our legal status in this country. This is not an issue of identity or our culture per se but an issue of law. By filling in Sikh under the ethnic group section we are simply ensuring that the various ethnic minority laws of this nation are fulfilling their purpose of serving all ethnic groups fairly. By not having the category 'Sikh' listed among the rest of the ethnicities in the first place, the Govt. is contradicting what the Courts have found the law to be. Also, as far as I can remember Sant Jarnail Singh Ji once praised the judgment in Mandla v Dowell Lee that we are in fact a seperate ethnic group, however I may be remembering wrongly.

I think the idea is that we are not supposed to develop those kinds of feelings for anyone before marriage. However I suppose if you did get those feelings then why would you be banned from doing so? But of course only as long as you went through the right route like parents, none of taking it into your own hands. That is of course only if the other person is also sikh! (or in the case of an amritdhari also amritdhari). Remember in Sikhi marriage is primarily meant to serve as a partnership (sangat) to reach Akaal Purakh through both the parties following Gurmat.

It will certainly weaken panjabis and pakhandis, it won't weaken Sikhs though.

As xtremesingh ji said, the rainsabi is on the saturday. on thursday is the start of the akhand paath sahib which finishes on saturday evening, followed by the rainsabi at 7pm on saturday.
