Maybe we should tare down harmindar sahib since the foundation stone was not a Sikh. gifts that were given to the Sikhs during the gurus time that are in safe keeping should also be ridiculed and questioned. Wjkk Wjkf, Could someone be very kind to help post up names of those members that are apart of the SGPC with their labels (treasurer, president etc.) aswell as names of those that have a say in Akal Takhat hukamnamas (jathedars) and how are these people appointed to these positions? do they have to be amritdhari to be apart of any deliberations? and most important question (which we might not be able to answer) do they do nitnem? lol, Sorry for asking a bunch of questions, but i just want to find an answer to my final question of how things in the panth really work.

Sarabloh, just to reply to your comment, i am fortunate enough to learn and have lived with singhs appointed a farla and other nihang jathay. and understand the utmost importance of this tradition. However just as Amarjit Kaur bhen and my veer chatanga has stated - relax. its a cute kid and hopefully one day he does grow up to be a singh who is granted the tradition of the farla. support the bana, don't discourage it.
