Is Bhair Balbir Singh jathedar of Budha Dal or Baba Santa Singh?

There are currently at least two factions of the Budha Dal- the largest is headed by Santa Singh, and the second largest by Balbir Singh. Tgerefore in response to your question, both are the Jathedars where their respective factions are concerned. The split happened after 1984 of course. There is also a third Tarna Dal/Budha Dal orginisation of the panthic dhust Akali Phoola Singh, a rapist, looter and police conspirator.

Baba Balbir Singh is of course opposed to the UK Sanatanism, and has been the subject of criticism by UK Sanaatans hence the sureity in this statement. As for baba Santa Singh, perhaps it is best to ask the man directly, as all you will hear on this forum is one side or the other, and thus you will get nowhere with this question.

Could you please clarify which aspects of the rehat you are reffering too, I think I know but am not sure. Are you reffering to general Nihang beliefs, or those more specific to Sanatan SIkhs?

This would of course totally contadict what the Uk Nihangs themselves state,as they suggest he has given his blessings to their work, and that one of the reasons for their current visit to India is to showcase the work that has been done (ie website-wise) so far for the benefit of Baba Santa Singh.
