Shabadh we sing when taking guru ji to sach kand

guys, u know when we take Guru Granth Sahib ji to sach kand, like after doing kirtan sohila, where they go to sleep, the sangat sing a shabadh and its starts with..

Jetheh jahe buheh mera satguru..

I was wondering if any1 knows where that shabadh is from and what the exact shabadh is, cos i admit when we follow guru ji to their sach kand, and when the giani stops, for the sangat to carry on, no1 knows it, and starts mumblin lol.. @
