There have been numeours studies done... for example this summer a study was done at Windsor University discussing pollution in Canada's cities. Toronto is a much more polluted city because of it's placement in relation to the states, and was therefore rated a higher polluted city.

Therefore your analogy that "the water stinksl ike the city" is inaccurate. the city doesn't stink, especially since you're relating it to your experience to toronto.

secondly, your problems with the water are not widespread. i have countless personal experiences, from conversation with others who have lived in ottawa and have migrated to toronto for periods of time... they lose much more hair when they do keshi ishnaan (not that this is of any concern to you... OUCH low blow hahaha i'm jus playin)... therefore it is a more anti-panthic city than is ottawa.
