I think you should read a bit more before jumping to conclusions. The Indian judicial system has failed us just like the Afghan judicial system failed the victims of the Afghan warlord convicted in the UK last year. This wil be very different. If we have credible witnesses (as in the Afghan case) then we too may be able to get justice in the UK.

So would you be content with him being imprisoned for life? Because thats as far as it will go if he is charged. They won't hang him like our shaheeds Sukha & Jinda, Satwant & Kehar Singh were.

It it is a choice between a trial with the possibility of a prison sentence or Gill continuing to live in his posh government house in Delhi, then I will be more than content with Gill being locked up.

It is not just about locking him up. Imagine the trial and the slap on the face the GOI will receive for ignoring the murders of thousands of Sikh youth during Gills tenure as police chief.

Matter of fact that his son has divorced his own father KPS Gill and has nothing to do with him at all. He is ashamed of his fathers deeds in the past.
