WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA, WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

If I recall correctly, there is a sakhi in Kavi Santokh Singh Ji's Gurpartap Suraj Granth about Mata Bhag Kaur. When in her Bhagti, she became very detached from the world and her clothing was in tatters, Guru Gobind Singh Ji himself summoned her to his Darbar, retied her dastaar and told her to maintain the external Rehat as well as the internal.

Early books written by Sikhs do not mention any woman taking 'Khande Kee Pahul'. 'Sri Gur Sobha' was written by Guru Gobind Singh's court poet 'SainaPati'. He does not mention any woman taking 'Khande Kee Pahul'. Same is with Bhai Kuyer Singh, who wrote 'Gur Bilas'.

wait a sec guys, so ure saying mata sahib kaur ji our mother didnt take amrit, mata ji was of course the first woman to take amrit

Fateh

Those who say that women didnt take khande dee phaul, are completely wrong. How is it possible that Mata Sahib Kaur Ji, the Mother of the Khalsa, wasnt khalsa herself? Or mata Bhaag Kaur Ji, who led the Khalsa Army out onto the battle field, wasnt Khalsa herself?

So,those such as Mata Sahib Kaur Ji and Mata Bhaag Kaur Ji

People need to stop making such ridiculous claims, that women didnt take khande da amrit, our bhainjis are our equals in EVERYWAY.

If you are talking about the Amrit not CharanPahul then it was Mata Sahib Kaur Ji but for CharanPahul as SinghStah wrote Bebe Nanaki Ji..
