If you askin whats panchait, then panchait is a small village party made of elderly people to make village decisions on situations. Sarpanch is the main guy who takes care of the village.

no no no this is not correct.

panchain is a jatha. it is a small group of people who split away from the akj in india in the 1990s because they did not support the freedom movement. since this time they have mostly died out in most countries. in some western countries people used this excuse to split away due to personal and family ego problems. now there are small crumbs here and there of panchain who do not have a good reputation for keeping reht or being great. there is currently a panchain smagam in uk and although normal people have made an effort for ekta it remains to be seen if they will rejoin and if panchain will be fully wiped out and terminated.
