is guru ji saying it should be seen as a good thing when someone passes away?

i think Guru Jee is sayin not to feel SAD when death happens... cause tha's our attachment to that person which causing the sadness... guru jee is sayin that when someone passes away their 'jot' is merging back with HIS...

the body is all dust... i's the soul that goes back to God.. i guess in a sense we could be 'happy' that their soul left this earth and merged back with Akal Purakh...
