Those so called women converts to islam on those websites from sikh background are made up, remember the muslims will use deception to trick and give the perception that alot of people are converting to islam when reality is more educated freedom loving muslims are leaving islam in their droves but do not "come out" for the fact that apostating from Islam would be punishable by death. If you analyse what these so called "reverts" say it always contradictory towards Sikhism showing they do not have knowledge of Sikhism even the average punjabi girl who isnt into religion knows the fundamentals, which these so called "reverts" dont know. The muslims often boast that Islam is fastest growing religion in the world, yeah maybe in birth rate terms but in no way in the number of converts, who are very few in number. If you breed like rats you will have a rat like population lol.

When you read about stories about so called sikh converts on islamic sites think of this word "al Taqqiyaa". Thats all you need to know :D

Very true ....that's exactly what i was gonna post......these muslims just make up these kinda stories themselves and keep on posting on web forums under false names and fake identities to create a false image on conversions and for cussing other religions even on this forum i suspect people like bad girl .....

because Sikhi is the most logical and the religion is spelled out in words and phrases that the common man of any place on Earth can be able to understand the teachings.

Other paths are very hard to not get lost but still is a way to God.

contrary to what most people believe, sikhi does NOT say that all religions lead to god.

Sachkhand in Islam: As i discussed this already in thread "Sikhism is only true religion". Let me re-phrase what i quoted from sufism islam which proves sachkhand else where besides sikhi.. different name for it sure, but same higher reality !!!!!!!!!

I don’t know how you can take Islam and make it equivalent to Sikhi. Character and life of Mohammad make it crystal clear that he was an ordinary human being who kept many sex slaves, concubines and advocated raping captured women. There are many differences between Islam and Sikhi. So only one can be right. Two different ways that contradict each other cannot lead to one destination. Putting differences aside, which Islamic source did you get this information from? Is it from Quran? What chapter and verse number? Which Hadith? Muslims believe in seven skies and these are not spiritual states but residence of their prophets. For example, Allah lives on highest (7th sky), Mohammad on sixth, Jesus on 4th and so forth.

Sufis believe in human Guru which is not only contrary to Islam but also to Sikhi that teaches the concept of Shabad Guru and rejects the idea of human guru. Muslims believe in judgment day and all Momans going to heaven and kafirs going to hell.

Gurbani openly rejects Vedas, puranas, upnishds, simartis and shashtras. Guru Sahib revealed a true path. If truth had already existed in other religions then what “fog of ignorance” did Guru Nanak Sahib dispel? Why did he start a new religion and not preach the same message that existed in upnishds and Sufism? Post of Bundha sums it up nicely.

Last but not least, only ignorant ones who lack knowledge about other spiritual orders of different dharams, and one who have "false pride" will make a comment that sikhi is only way to get to higher reality(Sachkhand). Sikh easier way to sachkhand = Sure but not the "only way".

Hello Guys

I am new here. I just saw this post and I have seen this similar kind of misinterpretition of facts by muslims on many desi websites. First I was shocked but slowly analysing everything I also came to the same conclusion as members on this website. I think muslims of Pakistan are doing some planned propaganda and we need to spread the word in gurdwaras also before they could plant misinformation in the minds of sikh youth, so when sikh youth will come across this kind of propaganda they would be able to see the truth. Everyone does not come to sikh website to find out the truth, some naive poeple may beleive such information. I agree with the members in the post that the cases of conversion from sikhism to islam are fake. They not only claim Guru Nanak Dev was musalman but they also preach that sikhs practice distorted sikhi because they dont like sipahi part of sikhi. Excuse my mistakes about sikhi if I am making any because I know only basics nothing more than that. I have seen a pattern in their anti sikh preaching, first of all they claim to like Guru Nanak's teachings then they will cliam him actual musalman and then they will go on claiming that sikhs practice totally distorted sikhi and they totally dislike Guru Gobind Singh. The reason behind this kind of porpaganda is not only conversions to islam but also they dont like warrior in a sikh because it is easy to subdue a saint then sipahi, so their aim is also to separate these two, so they are telling Guru Nanak preached something else and we practice something else. Since we sikhs have always protected Indian borders, so to weaken India this could be their cheap ploy. In one of the desi forums I saw a musalman clearly saying that if India could be islamic then they can unite and tackle western nations easily. The man preaching this sounded like a well trained propaganda machine, first I was very angry but soon I realised what and why he was saying all that crap. This propaganda has given me more strength and their insecurity has become very evident.

So to tackle this we need to formulate our responses in a format, the way they have, secondly I want to know if comparative study of Sikhi and other religions has been done by some scholar, if not now is the time. We need to translate Guru Granth Sahib's teachings to Arabic Vs other languages.

already done. We need sikhs to be real sikhs and the only way is to wake at amritvela ,paath,simran,seva with an open heart. Talking doesnt do it, but doing. Once the real sikhs are authority then we can battle it with the big guns (being good examples)
