Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

Its funny how every one was at sword's point when this incident took place and with the turn of events evryone thinks its their moral responsibilty to foul-mouth the kid. Bravooooo !!.. real mature. Before engaging your braincells to bedamn the poor kid, take some time to think what initiated all this, what drove the kid to coin this story. Bear one thing in mind he was just 15 yrs old.

I dunno why the link thing isn't workin but the topic title is "Subjugation of Sikh Kids" in Gurbanii/Gursikhi/Rehat section.

I request the input of sangat on the above thread. Whatever happened can't be amended but instead of criticizing the kid we should consider the events tht led kid to take a drastic step.

This is not at all a good thing to bring awareness of Sikhi to the Scottish people --- this is a liar who messed everyone around and managed to make Sikhs look foolish and who wasted the time of the police in Edinburgh when they could have been fighting real crime. He is lucky he doesnt get a criminal record himself and he has made life worse for Scottish Sikhs especially. Lets say there really are racist assaults on Sikhs in future and they are not taken as seriously.

But at least people should learn from this for future when organising protests. Let the police do their investigations first and foremost.

That doesnt make any sense. What is so good about Scottish people knowing that Sikhs 'get together like Muslims'? Especially when they got together on the basis of a lie, and what is so special about Muslims that they should be aspired to? (especially when they get together and shout about beheading people and other stuff)

As to why he lied, well, like the kid in Canada, he obviously wanted to cut his hair and was so afraid of the reaction of his family that he engineered this stunt otherwise they wouldnt agree with it.
