here we go again ....

the above article is the belief of a group of people. Lots of other people will disagree with it.

Some people will believe that there is only one way of doing simran, other will say there are lots. some people will say only my 'jatha' can give you a technique, others will say you can learn loads of different techniques. some people have a certain definition of swaas graas simran, others have a different one.

main thing is that you do it.

and one final thing, gareebi means humilty, and a humble being will see himself as low, he will not judge other people or their 'amrit sanchars' or their methods of doing simran. everyone is free to practice bhagti and simran as they please according to their knowledge, sharda and pyar. If this is intended to be an article about doing simran in a certain way, please add the thread onto the other one (by namastang i believe) which gave many different ways of doing simran used by various gursikhs throughout history.
