dont think there is much that you can do about it to be honest, but it is still worthy to write them a letter to see if they can change there policy. anyways this is what i just got from there site:

1. Admission to The Official Residences

Lay it on thick with them. Its bout time these goras knew what sikhism and its values mean. Would they have stopped a muslim woman weraing a burka i think not.

Its ok for u to hijack a plane fly it to uk then claim aslyum. But not for u to visit a castle.

I was never able to understand these laws. A man is like a ticking bomb even without these so called weapons. Weapons we carry shouldn't be a factor for em, what matters is the intent and i don't think they have a detector for that.

Burqa can be used to strangle someone. Yes it is a weapon :D . They can try as hard as they want to prevent mishaps but thy'll never be able to do so.
