Better have a longer term strategy to present ourselves to the media. We don't do ourselves favours sometimes when we present ourselves as simple, happy go lucky types. Obviously money is behind programs such as this one and enough people feel antipathy towards Sikhs to gloat at this stuff.

We need to work at building our own image up again through reform work WITHIN the community. It will take time but I see no other choice. If we flare up everytime some bewakoof does something like this we may stretch ourselves out and end up confirming what the bunders are portraying. Better to just stick to the really extreme cases only and deal with them discreetly. Also we should ask why such people feel they need to TRY and bring us down like this and attack the root causes. Sometimes I think there were times, when we as a community, have been very arrogant towards others and we need to address this. I know it sounds really cliched but we have to win these peoples hearts and minds again. Just my opinion, don't think I don't feel upset when I see this stuff either. We need to build up our reputation up as a COMMUNITY, whose values are progression, fairness, strength, compassion, bravery etc.

Right now people are portraying us a dumb, simple minded and hypocritical. We should, each and every last one of us, challenge these stereotypes through our daily lives when we interact with the world. Until each Sikh man understands this the models for these negative stereotypes will be wondering around in Sikh roop and give rise to these caricatures.

This isn't the time for knee <admin-profanity filter activated> reactions bro, time for long term strategies or we'll be plugging holes like this forever and whenever we shut down one another one will appear somewhere.

Ive just looked at the website and i cant really see whats major wrong about it??? Whatever os wrong with it how is death threats going to help thats just being violent there are always other alternatives!!!!!!!
