its a bujjar kurait end of story.

whats that veerji ?

4 sins that a Khalsa Sikh must never commit:

Hooka, Halal, Hazamat, Haram

Problem is that people will never agree on their definitions.

Nihangs believe that hooka refers only to smoking (ie tobacco) and bhang is (and always has been) exempt.

Question for anyone that knows: how long have Singhs been drinking bhang at Hazoor Sahib? I saw a picture where the 'bhata' (?) that they use was actually built into the ground at this Gurdwara, suggesting that it had been there for many, many years. Also, Hazoor Sahib was never under British rule, so can we take their maryada to be unaffected by outside influences (eg Hindus, British)?

vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh

guess all jathas and groups have over the time had some kind off outside influence creeping into them, my history is not that great but am sure the brits did have control over Maharashtra where Takhat Sri Hazoor Sahib is. I read Jathadar Singh Sahib Bhai Kulwant Singhs interview about the maryada a while back and he told how they had to fight the nihangs and sgpc to stop them from taking over the Takhat.

lets not kid ourselves saying that the nihangs have the original maryada, yes their is chardi kala gursikhs in each group eg the nihangs have Baba Nihal singh ji, Shaheed General Avtar Singh Brahma (baba bidhi Chand jatha sursinghwale, Shaheed Bhai Surinder Singh sodhi (Santjis right hand), General Manvir Singh Chaheru Bodyguard and founder of the Khalistan Commando Force) then u have the bad apples like ajit phoola and santa of the budha dal.

Lets take the good from each jatha and ignore anything that goes against Guruji and the Khalsa panth ie sukha and sideing with indra gandhi

Cong meddling in gurdwara affairs: Tohra

Tribune News Service

Chandigarh, March 16

The SGPC chief, Mr Gurcharan Singh Tohra, said today that the ruling Congress in Punjab and in Maharashtra was interfering in the management of gurdwaras.

He said the Punjab Government was extending full support to Nihang chief Ajit Singh Poohla to have illegal control over certain gurdwaras which were to be managed by the SGPC under the provisions of the Gurdwara Act. He said the SGPC had tried its best to wrest control of these gurdwaras in the Majha area from Mr Poohla, but had been unable to do so as the Nihang chief was backed

by the government.

He said it was because of the approval of the state government that Mr Poohla, wanted in a number of murder and other criminal cases, was released on bail by the police. He said he had sent a task force to free certain gurdwaras from Mr Poohla’s control, but the police did not extend any support to the SGPC in this connection.

He said Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib was being controlled by the Maharashtra Government. All directors of the Hazoor Sahib Board had been elected, but the government there was not holding the election of chairman and secretary of the board to be elected by the directors. Mr Tohra said instead, a senior IAS officer had been appointed as Administrator of the Takht by the Maharashtra Government and his salary and other expenditure to the tune of Rs 50,000 was being paid from the offerings at the Takht. Another officer had been appointed secretary of the Takht and his salary to the tune of Rs 35,000 was also being paid in a similar manner, Mr Tohra added.

Meanwhile, he has urged the Amarinder Singh government to get all roads leading to Khadoor Sahib repaired before the centenary celebrations on April 18.

Idol worship of hindu moortis also became one of the practises which was carried out daily in Sri Harmander Sahib by Pandits before the Singh Sabha movement instilled the Gurmat back into the Sikhs. According to you this should be allowed aswell.

And what makes you the one to end the story?

Obviously these things will have to stop at the end of "Kaljug". hahaa for sure these things wont' be allowed in Satjug!

If such practises were a part of Sikhi they would be carried out throughout the jugs!!

Proved yourself wrong AGAIN?

Jugooo Jug Atal!!!!
