Whilst I don't put myself in the category of a Saint I do try to lead a moral life which includes not buying counterfeit goods.

How many Sikhs on this site buy copied DVDs, branded sports gear, stolen electronic goods?

i used to buy pirate dvds but dont anymore, dont buy stolen electrical goods either

some companies use child labour, underpay their employees or generally have poor working conditions so thats something else we should take into account when buying clothes etc

but no, i generally dont buy any of the three listed, other than sports gear occasionally as i dont wear it a lot.

Dear ji,

There are many things that even in this life that we are born with that we do not know their source. As such, making the effort to rid oneself of all such things is important.

For example recycling is important, and Baba Buddha Ji exemplified this by creating a clean environment beside the river with lush greenery and animals to thrive.

At least you are aware of this, so I will join you and make the Effort.
