Im looking for a camera which i can use at various events, it needs to have good clarity during the day and night and also be able to withstand continuous movements e.g gatka so i was wondering if anyone had an suggestions, it also needs to be small and compact as im not a professional.

Thanks in advance

use www.dpreview.com to help you.

You can choose different features.

My parents have the Fuji Finepix F11, which was fantastic at the time. The newest update is the F50. If that's too expensive, the F30 was also recommended (F40 not so good).

MY sister has the Canon IXUS 60, also good. But the fuji finepix is better.

i'd definitely reccomend canon over any other camera... any day..

ixus 75 is good value for money... it used to be £200 but now its only about £129 its a great camera..

ixus 70 is a good camera but hard to get hold of now.only looks different from ixus 75 otherwise same features..and similar sort of money.

if u can spend a bit more.. i'd reccomend ixus 950 or ixus 960... brilliant cameras both of them...

its not only the quality ..they r strong aswell

i'v had my ixus 700 for around 3 years now... and i'v dropped it about 10 times... its got dents on all 4 corners...lol

but the pic quality is still amazing.

hope that helps
