Does anybody have access to the Khalsa soe joh ninda tyageh poem, tanka-nama (attributed to him).

Im looking for the gurmukhi, english translation and audio as well if anyone has it please.

There seem to be a couple of english translations on the net, but they have differnet lines in different order and some seem to be at odds with the other.

Many thanks for your help!

Veerji you already know this but Online Gurbani is full of errors. Majority of people dont research & blindly accept Gurbani websites as perfect but there are literally countless errors in these websites as they are all manmade.

from the few online sources i've done a little 5 second DIY transliteration botch job:

^wlsw soie ju inMdw iqAwgy ]

khhaalasaa soe j ni(n)dhaa thiaagae ||

Khalsa is the one who does not slander others

^wlsw soie lVy hÍY Awgy ]

khhaalasaa soe larrae hvai aagae ||

Khalsa is the one who fights in the front line

^wlsw so pridRSit iqAwgy ]

khhaalasaa so paradhrishatt thiaagae ||

Khalsa is the one who abandons sexual desire for others than the spouse

^wlsw soie nwm riq lwgy ]

khhaalasaa soe naam rath laagae ||

Khalsa is the one who is blessed with God's Name

^wlsw soie gurU ihq lwvY ]

khhaalasaa soe guroo hith laavai ||

Khalsa is the one who loves Waheguru

^wlsw soie swr muoh KwvY ]

khhaalasaa soe saar muoh khaavai ||

Khalsa is the one who fights bravely in battle

^wlsw so inrDn ko pwlY ]

khhaalasaa so niradhhan ko paalai ||

Khalsa is the one who helps the needy

^wlsw soie duSt kau gwlY ]

khhaalasaa soe dhushatt ko gaalai ||

Khalsa is the one who overpowers the enemy

^wlsw soie ju cVY qurMg ]

khhaalasaa soe j charrai thura(n)g ||

Khalsa is the one who becomes a crusader

^wlsw soie krY inq jMg ]

khhaalasaa soe karai nith ja(n)g ||

Khalsa is the one who fights the war daily against internal and external enemies

but the one on http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Khalsa seems different so am also confused lol

hopefully someone with a lot more knowledge than myself will help on this one as daas only has the online versions to hand as a source at the moment.

Thanks guys!

Like you said the online versions are really at odds with each other, anybody of any book which may have the full written version in addition to the one provided above, would be good to cross reference the text to check its the same (unless both books have quoted each other!)

The sikiwiki site and the global studies text seems to match, but again like you said not too sure of the tranlsations. Is there any katha of this anywhere?
