Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh...!!

Right click ur My Computer icon on your desktop

Select "manage" and the "Computer management" Window should pop open

In the left hand menu, click on "Services and Applications"

Then click on "Services"

In the Right Hand frames a list of all the services that ur pc runs will appear...

The Apple Mobile Device service should be somewhere at the top of the list....find it and then right-click it...

The select "Start"

That should fix your problem

:)
