Khalsa Dharam Shaastra - Devi ? Chandi ? Shastars?

Recommended Posts

Folllowing lines given from Dasam Granth say that Devi is not any Hindu figure but Akal Purakh. That ad shakti is akal

purakh himself.

dasam granth sahib is very deep scripture. Most people have not understood it.asBani

SWAYYA

He, whose power is present in the whole world and in all forms, whose power is present in Parvati, Vishnu and Lakshsmi,

And whose power is present in the mountain, tree, sun, moon, Indra and clouds also; you have not adored that Bhavani, therefore now meditate on her.1327.

is adi sakti both male and female?

http://books.google....0shakti&f=false

Can you go through the link and explain how it is not Hindu. The book might be perfect or the wirter but the idea is perfectly clear about devi.

How can i serve devi and meditate on her?

That is Hindu view.we have not to believe that.We have to follow what Guru sahib writes.Likewise Ram is God in SGGS ji and Hindu also have their Ram.

There is no devi meditation. You seem not to read what is written and jump to conclusions.

This is the biggest mistake some sikhs are doing in regards to dasam granth. It is akal purakh.Devi you are mentioning is parvati.

Read above line again.

Dude all i asked you is how to serve devi and meditate on her and you bring Dasam Sahib in it. Why don't you explain it properly and help me instead of putting two lines that can cause confusion in any mind.

Are you saying Devi Akal Purakh or Akal Purakh in Devi? Is Devi power of Akal Purakh? or Akal Purakh?

What do you make out of below. It is quite clear.

Okay. Akal Purakh whose power is present in Parvati, Vishnu and Lakshmi.

'Whose power' - ? is it durga?

http://sikh-reality....-very-rare.html

in the audio at 1.29

Babaji says hindus worship shakti durga by making idols but we Sikhs have durga present in form of Kirpan.

What i make out is chandi is power of God or God is manifesting in form of chandi. Therefore chandi which is durga being power of god is god himself.

Durga is parvati as given in the verse above. Words have different meanings per context. Chandi is not Durga. Chandi is kirpan.

There is a verse in chandi di // that says chandi as kirpan
