Smoother Kara

has anybody had the problem of the inside of their kara being a little rough? would u use a knife sharpener to make it smoother?

Yeah ihad similar problems also....

one kara that gave me a new hair cutting job on the arm, and one kara that gave me a good rash for a while !! :wub: But i found a good iron kara at sacha sauda, which is heavy but also round so no iritation... whats the difficulty u have bhainji ?

If the inside is rough, perhaps some metal sandpaper would be useful. That can be found at any hardware center and also goes by the name of emery cloth.

a knife sharpener...would that not just put an edge on the Kara's rim and cause it to cut up the arm? Unless it is that rim that is rough, in which, the emery choth might still be better to give a duller, smoother rim.
