Gurfateh jio,

I don't know if anyone else noticed this but I realied that ghee that you buy from shops doesn't have a v sign or suitable for vegetarians written on it, they use it in gurdwara sahib's... so how do we know its veggie for sure? I mean I've come not to trust any companies any more.

Also I saw one container had 'ethyl butyrate' written on it as an added ingredient, so for bibekis that would not be bibek.

im talking about in the uk.
