OUT OF ALL THAT IGNORANCE AND HATRED....THERE WAS ONE COMMENT WHICH STOOD OUT LIKE A LOTUS FLOWER IN MUDDY WATER...

cskay replying to moe47 thumbs_up_w_f2_16.pngthumbs_down_w_f2_16.png? 0 thumbs_up_w_16.png 0 thumbs_down_w_16.png <BR class=clear>moe47, please do some googling first on who the sikhs are. Here are some clues :these turbins were the biggest foreign force to fight with allied forces in Word Wars.British gave these turbins 50% reservation in British Indian army even though there population proportion was 1%.

These turbins are the reason that whole of south-east asia was not converted to Islam because these turbins fought with the muslim invaders on same afghanistan border where even american unmanned drones are frightened today. These turbins are also the hardest working farmers. They were the first asian migrants that came to US and grew food and worked hard alongside your ancestors. These turbins follow a religion whose founding fathers may be the only example in history who sacrificed there lives for liberty and freedom of another religion. Posted 1 hour ago

It appears as if American Sikh men have lost the will to fight. I know England in the 70s and 80s was also full of racism and ignorance but thankfully people seemed to have a lot more anakh in them those days (not just some Sikhs but other immigrant communities too) and managed to fight it out.

These days all I hear from American apnay is the language of the suppressed, who are too frightened to criticise their host nation. I'm actually feeling quite happy to be British right now, which is quite an achievement. At least we have the freedom to slate off our government and the actions of some of the moronic people who were here before us without caring a toss.

In the words of your ex-president "Freedoms great, idn't it?"

First the government stages the terror attacks. Then they portray people in turbans on the media as terrorists. And that all turban wearing people are muslims. Then the general dumbed down public believe it. And thus stereotypes are formed. Anyone in a turban is now a muslim terrorist.

People don't even know the CIA funded al-qaeda. They did 9/11 themselves, they killed JFK themselves.

And now they are putting their hands in peoples pants, in the name of security and touch your breasts and genitals. And give us x-rays through body scanners. In hospital when you get an x-ray you get led protection, and the doctors leave the room. but here they are openly giving everyone radiation. Don't give up your freedoms if you have to fly. Say no to being groped, and say no to going through the radiation machine. If they still force you, don't fly at all. It is a shame that Sikh's let them tell you "remove your turban", "you are not allowed to carry a kirpan" And yet we give in, let them take away our freedoms even when the Guru said you can't , and then we complain afterwards. But we should of done something about it before!

The media is funded by the the world bankers, as well as the government, therefore they control it. So they make the stereotypes then everyone believes. Its time to become the light. Lets educate people on the truth.

These people who discriminate and be racist learned their behaviour from TV. TV is designed to brainwash you, it is a scientific fact, you go into alpha brainwaves whilst watching tv, so you become so absorbed into it. And you just take it all in without even questioning it. The people of the world are brainwashed, it is up to us to help them. Although ultimately you can only help yourself. Because only you make the final decision.

When you let them get away with small things, the big things come next. Time to stand up for justice, and say no to tyranny.

Horrible, I've seen worse comments, I've learned to ignore it. No one will say something like that to my face so I don't really care, most people I know aren't like that.

The whole issue of SIkhs being portrayed as terrorists is quite interesting when all the terrorists are clean shaved AND muslim. Slowly they're trying to strip us of our rights so we become more enslaved into the system like Harjeet Singh said. Say there was a small interest of people running the nation indirectly, their aims would be to: disarm, brainwash, and enslave a people. Sikhs are free thinkers who don't just speak out against tyranny, we act out, we can not be stripped of our shastar vidiya and martial spirit, and we are told to think outside the box.

All these things would be inconvenient if there were such interests trying to control the nation, the truth is as Sikhs we will face rough times in this Kalyug but our SIkhi sidak can never be shattered.

Yes, you are lucky indeed, because England in the 70s and 80s didn't face a catastrophic event anywhere close to 9/11, did it?

My opinion on such people? Right here : http://www.sikhsangat.com/index.php?showtopic=41684&view=findpost&p=384245

It isn't like we haven't had our own 7/7 though is it. Despite that people are still not cowed down to face the government and the behaviour of the indigenous should it be needed. That blind patriotism that America seems to specialise in doesn't help I imagine. I think educated British people are generally skeptical myself and are majorly embarrassed by overblown shows of patriotism considering them uncouth and low class.

The whole issue of SIkhs being portrayed as terrorists is quite interesting when all the terrorists are clean shaved AND muslim.

I think the link they are imagining is between the turbaned and bearded Taliban, whose images were all over the place after 9/11 and during the run up and early stages of the war against Afghanistan. Like in the image below:

Plus lets be frank. A fair portion of those ignorants don't really care a toss if you are Sikh or Muslim and just want to act like aggressive j-erks.

The thing that shocks me most is the denial by some US apnay that anything is wrong. I don't get it? It appears to be misguided patriotism on their part?
