I don't know if birthday customs exist, but you can do a langar at the Gurdwara. Invite all your family, relatives, and friends to partake in listening to kirtan, katha, and dhadhi. Do seva from cleaning shoes to the kitchen to serving langar to doing seva of Maharaj ji. A human birth is more of an acknowledgment that Maharaj gave us the chance to meet him, so not really celebrated. The day someone takes Amrit is the day he should celebrate because Maharaj blessed the person with the immortal nectar.
