I understand why you have stated points 1 - 5, which she is against. However, why do you need to highlight the fact she supports a mosque which will be the same size as the Gurdwara Sahib on soho road. So what all religions deserve a place to worship. I feel you need to concentrate on the points she is against which will have more voters aware of her flaws. But you say supporting the building of a mosque is a bad thing, end of the day it also is a placeof worship and makes you seem like it's ok for us to have a big Gurdwara Sahib, but not ok for others. It makes you seem prejudice.

Hypothetical scenario. White area with some Sikhs. How would you feel if it was BNP saying the candidate well shes against Christian schools, voted against st. Georges day celebrations, Christmas decorations in town, voted against christian scout groups, BUT she supports Sikhs who are planning to build a Gurdwara sahib as big as the church in the area.

Basically highlight her flaws but no need to highlight her supporting other religions as a bad thing.

As Guru ji said 'recognise all humankind as one'.

The points are highlighting her favourable stance towards the muslim community and neglecting the others in this constituency. A politician should not support one group but support all in their constituency. In an area like handsworth wood the majority of people that live there are Sikhs or people of Indian origin so why do we need a mosque there?

There are already plenty if mosques, gurdwaras, churches in the area so there is no need for another place of worship in the area.

@ Gurdssingh - The Non Muslims in this area don't want see any more Mosques, its one the few areas in Birmingham that is not Ismalified ona high level.

If you want to go live in areas where there Mosques go to small heath, alumrock my friend and see how the people you are standing up for treat you.

If you not from Handsworth wood or Handsworth you have no right to advocate for mosques, I think you tucked up in some middle class area, thinking diversity is great its not.

Like said plenty of areas for you with Mosques already go live there seewhat you get.

She has not supported Sikhs at all. Why not give our support to our own person who will help us. We need more Sikh to take up national politics otherwise we will no voice in this country and will suffer in the long run.

The point I wanted to make was highlight her flaws i.e. points 1-5. What is the need to bring negativity it into, by marking out she supports the building of a mosque (place of worship).

My friend its about being a good human being, Guru Tegh Bhahdur Ji stood up for and gave his head for the right for hindu pandits, how are hindus in India treating Sikhs?

Also if theres no muslims in the area why are they intending to build a big mosque? So either there are muslims in the area or there building a big mosque which no one will go to because they must have a bit of spare cash lying around?

Also theres loads of Indian muslims, just visit leicester. I think population wise worldwide india is like second or third for number of muslims.

Also if its mainly sikhs inthe area and she dont look out for them when she aint a good poitician and wont win. no politician really cares for their constituents just their votes.
