Sikh Channel-Yesterdays Youth Show

Just want to congratulate the sikh youth show yesterday on sikh channel for providing awareness of pakhandi babas, and other issues that were mentioned on the show.

It was a gr8 show, with lots to learn, and very proud of the guest paajis they brought on the show.

This is a very big issue in our community and lots of people have been affected by this,but are afraid to contact anybody in case of repercussions, or the fear that has been created within them by these so called people.

It sounds good saying if anybody has an issue with anyone, then they will deal with it, but it may not change what has happened to those that have been affected in negative ways and have lost lots, not just money. Some are brave and would seek help, but what about those that arent and whose lives have been ruined, and they are afraid that if they say disclose anything they will get worse.

This is not something that is easy to tackle, if those people are approached, then what happens after that? Those that have been affected badly how would they recover or their lives improve from it?

I personally feel that it would be good for awareness but for those that have suffered and still are suffering it would make no difference, as the reason they will not or did not seek other help is the replies or thinking towards would be that you should have gone there in the first place.

And to be honest i dont think people that are dukhi would go somwhere where they felt would be a threat or danger to them if they had know before going, but then it becomes too late, or they didnt have the knowledge at the time of where they were going, and its always the naive, nice vulnerable people that get hurt.

Amazing program .

Shame the program on sangat tv clashed with this program. Hope they both get repeated or put on YouTube

I agree programme was amazing very informative panel speakers were very ck young singhs that are doing active seva in their communities. Sikh channel should show more progs like this.

To the person that says get rid of all sants firstly u are clearly a moorakh secondly where would the panth be without mahapurkhs?

Mooraks r the ones following sants ! Just watch the tiger jatha videos on you tube you might learn something else than what sants have been feeding the panth for decades. If they spent the same amount of time on that program doing sifta of guru rather than ppl that lead you to guru it might have been worth it but i suppose they wont get as much money out of babas than that
