Im looking for a place to live next year in the city centre of Birmingham. I was looking to see if there are any other amritdhari singhs who may be ineterested in sharing with me in the city centre so that costs are cheaper. Im going to be in second year at aston university and wanted to rent a flat in the city centre so that is close distance,

Birmingham is 2 bit of a dump really so i can't really recommende any areas . tipton is ok tho just. Hope this helps good luck with wen your studies you need it if u at aston ;-)

To everyone dissing bham on here, please think of those who actually live in bham, and how they would feel if they heard people saying things like this. How would you like it if someone called your area a dump, houses are houses if they keep you warm, some of the greatest bhagats lived in small huts, if one can turn their nose up at houses calling them dumps, one would most certainly do/ have done the same to these bhagat's dwellings.

Bham is not a dump, it can be abit rough, but I wouldnt say its a dump becuase houses are houses, gifts that parbrahm ji has bestowed upon us. One may live in a housing estate or a mansion, doesnt matter as long as the bhagti is going on. And Tipton is not a dump, there are houses there that were built not that long ago.

I've seen you post quite a lot about this bhaji. Why don't you look into renting a one bedroom apartment in the city centre? I know it's not great living alone but time is running out and you can't leave it much longer. I really don't know of any singhs looking for accommodation, most people travel from home..good luck.
