He was at a funeral and he is giving a speech about that guy. He is not saying he is narkhdari. I don't see what is so bad about his speech?

That may be true in some cases but Akaal Takht Sahib has made it clear not to mingle with Narkhdharis like that because their only goal is to attack Sikhi. The "dharam" side is just a facade to confuse people from the path of Sikhi.
