Some amritdharis do this but i dont know why they said that they do more jaap than you ( for example) there not god, but anyway in life u will see some people like this but what can we do if we teach them something some will learn but the rest will not follow Fateh

hello paaji, VJKK VJKF, ive seen some amritdharis who wont even complete the full sentence of "waheguru ji ka khalsa, wahegu...." n jus walk off rollin their eyes! thats wat im kinda talkin bowt, its ridiculus at times. like i said NOT ALL amritdharis r like this but ive met quite a few ppl who r jus plain rude for no reason man, its disheartning.

How do they do these things? Is it verbally communicated directly toward you where a Amritdhari called you these things or did you hear an Amritdhari say these things to another or do they push monas down couple of stairs and then laugh at them? How is this done? And what did you do afterwards or the person who was being insulted do?

You have not even answered my question, instead you say possibly those same ppl look down on others. This means you don't have a real life example, but want to insult Amritdharis as to what you have heard they do. I know of incidents of where Amritdharis have done wrong things, but how do they look down on you or everyone else? I can make a very long list of the disgusting things mona say about Amritdharis, but I won't because not every mona is like this. However you didn't hestitate to say what Amritdharis are heard to be doing. If you want unity, then pull a person up and don't knock them down. My question wasn't what are Amritdharis doing wrong in general, but how they made you or anyone else feel like they are lower than them.

its quite obvious ur peed off with wat im sayin, i can tell. also regarding the porn/masterbatin stuff, ive heard this from killa (sikh unit/amritdhari himself) who has said that amritdharis hav been caught doin this. also not to mention gianis in my old gurdwara (luton) who was caught with a porn mag in the gurdwara!!

u want proof, well wat about the DIRTY stares and looks that ive gotten when me n my cousins go to kirtan programs at gurdwaras n big turban akalis wil jus stare us down wen we sit near them. My cousin was tellin me how some amritdhari sikh was gunnin him n how the gursikh was makin assumptions that we dont do meditation etc.

a gursikh shud b some1 to enlighten us, not push us away, its a horrible feelin

Here we go another thread attacking Amritdharis. Just because a person is Amritdhari does not mean they are Gursikhs. Kopsingh, you have to learn a lot about SIkhi. Also Kopsingh, if Amritdhari currently are so bad, then take Amrit and show us how it's done. Become that example for us, where we can follow in your footsteps as a Gursikh. It's easy to point fingers, but how many times have you pointed the finger at yourself. Also let's put everything in perspective. Mona say they are Sikhs right! They say Satguru is my Guru, but how come they don't follow Satguru and keep cutting hair. How come they go to clubs get SIkh girls drunk and take advantage of them? I have mona friends and I never point fingers at them, but direct them when they ask. What you are doing is breaking the unity and looking at the negatives of people. For a change try to look to the positive side of people and say i'm greatful they are able to do it.

You are generalizing when you couldn't present a real life example of what Amritdharis did to look down at others. Instead you spoke about what they probably did or what you heard. I could have said what mona probably do, but thats just making things up from thin air, like you did.

That's good you point fingers at yourself, but if you had just looked deeper inside, then you wouldn't have pointed fingers at Amritdharis at all in this thread and would have said, i can't even take Amrit, so how can i point a finger at a person that has done so. You would have recognized you have a lot of work to do on yourself and there is no time to spend at pointing fingers at other people.

if u look thru on this forum ive mentioned b4 how im not good enuff 2 take amrit, i didnt realise i have 2 mention it everytime. ive sedon my initial post how its not ALL but some, but stil ur jus akin up ur own judgements, pathetic! now ur puttin words in ma mouth.

Im share a small story here. I was doing seva at the Gurdwara, minding my own business and all of a sudden this uncle who is not Amritdhari comes up to me and says to stop doing the seva and do some other that is more important to him. He says the seva is useless and we don't live in india anymore so it has no benefit. He gave me a lecture for about a minute and i nodded my head couples of times and before he finished his lecture, he says forgive me if I said anything wrong. Now the whole purpose of his lecture was to say stop doing seva. So what was the point of saying...forgive me for saying anything wrong. Discussing with such a person was useless as he wasn't even aware of what he said. He walked away and i continued the seva. Point of the story is....there will be a million people knocking you down, whether your Amritdhari or not, but what we need to do is keep moving forward. If i had stopped and starting arguing with this uncle, then i would have lost all the benefit of doing the seva. WIth Satguru's kirpa, i didn't argue with him.

The purpose of free langer and seva and people sitting next to eachother and serving eachother was to break old traditions in india at the time and show everyone was equal it was to make high caste accept and eat food from lower caste it was to make the rich and poor sit next to eachother and eat it was to make everyone of different religion serve eachother the purpose is to bring people together as equals

Brahmin won't eat anything touched by someone of a different caste cause they believe they have bad karma and by touching them or touching anything they have touched hurts their karma

Sameway brahmin amritdharis won't eat food touched by non amritdharis when you talk about the food being blessed

Some brahmins believe that people can change caste if they are holy enough

And eating food that is blessed and staying away from food you think isn't blessed is actually hindu tradition that bramin amritdharis adopt

Bramhin amritdhari is someone who behave like a bramhin

They think their very holy when justifying just like brahmin

What is stopping you from becoming a Sabat Soorat Sikh when you have so much respect and love for Sikhi.

Try to practice what you are preaching.

And stop saying outrageous and bad words for Sikhs who are having their identity intact.
