Southall Nagar Keertan - I Need Some Advice Please

I know this is a bit last minute and that there is going to be massive traffic jams and parking issues in Southall tomorrow, I am not from the area, can someone with local knowledge suggest the best place to park (I don't mind 10-15 minute walk away) also any ideas of the route plan (map). The only thing I do know is it starts at 1200hrs in the afternoon.

park at hayes train station-you have to pay for parking there but it doesn't matter then nagar kirtan will finish at park ave-gurdwara next to southall train station....then train it to hayes and pick your car up from there-hassle free!
