Normally people can't be named for legal reasons because they are facing further charges and/or a case is ongoing. This doesn't mean that that the guy cannot be a labour councillor and frankly it wouldn't surprise me if he was. What would surprise me is if he is a councillor and they discover that he wasn't also claiming benefits!

the labour govt is to be blamed for the constant faffin around and beating around the bush attitude. All this over population of useless/sponging immigrants of UK and stupid PC (political correctness) is coz of tony murderer blair.
