In Compassion

I am a practicing Buddhist and I've been following the incident in Wisconsin closely. I also worked for a Sihk in a convenience store several years ago. Good man.

While our religious views differ, I just simply wanted to offer comassion to my Sihk brothers and sisters.

Sihk, Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, the list goes on... Have all experienced discrimination and persecution at some point. I have felt this sting personally.

If I'm not mistaken, one of the teachings of The Ten Gurus was to Seek to understand rather than retaliate. Sihks are a good people and I have nothing but but the utmost respect for your religion as well as your people.

May you all get through this terrible time and find the peace you deserve.

With that said, As we say in Buddhism,

Metta

(Pali word for loving-kindness, camaraderie, compassion, etc).
