Problem, please help

If I did those kaami activities the day after I felt horrible. Then one day though I continued doing the kaami activities I somehow did not feel ashamed afterwords. I stopped doing them now though because I wanna live life to its fullest everyday but I still do get wet dreams as a way that my body gets rid of that anyways, and now I am getting sachket amrit next week.

Also what I know helps is if you do get those kaami activites and you feel consciousness and you feel like you gotta look at something 'bad' and your ona a computer then get up and walk around and voila no longer feeling 'horny' maybe the blood will rush out to your head or something, but it does work lol.

Most of us can't find solution to this problem. Not just you but most of are suffering from this.

Mental solution 

This is a power of your bad habit nothing like third party involvement

Know your distractions, work on them and avoid strictly. more strong is your bad habit more you have to be strict to avoid distractions.

Then Select new goal of your life work on it and find solutions to support your goal. 

This problem comes to most us who have nothing to do or are almost free no responsibility.

People who have big responsibilty they hardly have time to think about it.

Being Guru's Son we have responsibility to find right path and work on it.
