Wife wants to cut sons hair

I have a one year old baby son . He has developed some rash on his scalp which is itchy red and sometimes water comes from it. The docter has given us various creams etc . Some of these have made a difference but my wife and family want to cut my sons hair so to put cream on direct.

Any help with this ?

What do the doctors say? Is it merely cradle cap or something else?

Ask your doctor first.

Without seeing the baby, I can only guess, but it sounds like in that age group it could either be infected eczema or folliculitis. In my practice I have never advised hair removal for any scalp infection of my own patients (whatever the type of infection) and never known this to be a problem, whether using topical or oral agents.

If there is REALLY NO other Solution do it... Because if medical treatment is necessaryy, this isn´t against gur sikhi jeevan ! But try to exhaust all capabillites!
