Do you understand Gurmukhi? How does that Shabad apply here? Do the types of students relate to being high or low?

No one is higher and lower just because they can concentrate on bhagti more, actually it gives them humility and reminds them to remain charan dhoor of sangat.

According to your logic Sant Jarnail SIngh Khalsa Bhindranwale choosing who to and not to take picture with some people is also Sant Ji practicing bahmanvaad. I know a Singh now who in the early 80's was going to take a picture with a group of Singhs and Sant Ji said no to him mainly because he saw what kind of avastha he had at that moment - cut hair and maybe he saw more too. That "chout" hurt at first but it was good because it showed he had room to grow.

Quit subscribing to unpard janta missionary college, here in 1st world countries people laugh at the mentality they have because they are neither academics (basic pass or drop out) nor are they theists (they are atheists). They have no spiritual knowledge and no gian.

You touched a very important point...its beautiful and true what you said, human consciousness is never at one stage all the time as its natural flow going through different stages at different times, this flow goes all the way until the very final stage of consciousness becoming supreme consciousness where regardless of being in different states - its only perceived as ~~ Non Dual Pure Existence Consciousness Awareness Bliss ~~

Just as a doctor has all medicines, certain patients will need specific medicines to cure them.

A parent loves all of their children the same, but some children can be taught just by talking, some by shouting, and some with a good old fashioned chapal!

The same can be said of students in bhagti marag. You will have the Agayani, Jagyasoo and Giani (Kanisht, Madham and Uttam)

This has got nothing to do with caste or any other silly rank, this is purely about bhagti avastha.

Gurbani talks about manmukh and gurmukh.

if you give some reference from gurbani about these avastha it will make things clear.
