I'm confused with suraj parkash Granth and Sri gur partap suraj Granth.

Are they the same?Are they written by the same author.Some people say gyani vir Singh wrote gur partap suraj and then some people say kavi santhok Singh wrote it.Now I'm getting confused lol.
