what about those people who are allowed to drink alcohol in their religion, you would restrict their freedom to practice their religion? sounds a bit similar to those people who want to introduce sharia law worldwide

in regards to drugs the war on drugs in the west has failed

the war on drugs attacking supply side has failed

doesn't make sense for people who have had a tough life and choose to self medicate with illegal drugs to give them a criminal record and make their life harder then hope they'll quite

the European nations who have cut down on declaring war on supply side of drugs and reinvesting that money into fighting demand side of drugs are winning the war on drugs and are seeing a decline in addiction and since most crimes are commited by addicts

their attacking the demand side by creating centers for rehabilitation and educating people on different ways to access programs for people who have had a tough life and want to self medicate

also their scaring the day lights out of kids from wanting to use drugs when they get older with videos and exposing them to junkies on the streets so the kids who want to do drugs for fun are scared to do them

cause every couple of month in their schools the kids are scared shi*less of drugs

an what has happened is a drastic reduction in demand for drugs

two reasons people do drugs

self medicate

and in Punjab's case for fun

and Punjabi culture and bhangra music is about getting intoxicated which is retarded and goes against Sikh culture teachings

Punjabi culture dominates amongst Sikhs today

during 1700's it was Sikh culture that dominated over Punjabi culture amongst sikhs
