Hmm, if he was suspended/banned twice, then maybe he was not doing a good job?

A lot of business people have questionable morals

Although I agree that sometimes the laws are there to benefit the few and to 'fight fairly' in whatever trade we do, then maybe we have to go against those rules/laws which themselves can be unfair on the trades/business person

So not wanting to risk having unqualified people practice on me I Jaap Naam and don't go to anyone. I feel my chances are best that way. 

On a slightly unrelated note, most politicians don't have degrees in politics so we should not be surprised some are incompetent, although politics probably requires more 'life experience' than anything else
